At HOME SKILLS PROGRAM
20 Day Skills Training Program
Work on your game from anywhere
As a result of our current situation, the one thing players are missing out on is the chance to physically compete against eachother. But that doesn't mean players have to stop working on their game completely... in light of the current situation I’m excited to announce I’m launching Virtual At-Home Training Programs!
While everyone is stuck at home with no access to gyms, practices, & workouts it can be hard to stay in shape and work on your game. Fortunately, there are a lot of ways you can still get better while properly social distancing - which is why I’ve decided to launch this program.
As part of the program, I’ll be posting workouts, drills & challenges along with video instruction for 20 days on a group Facebook page. Everyone is welcome to post videos of their players completing the drills and I will happily provide feedback and encouragement.
We just completed a successful April program and are now set for the May program - "BG23 20 Day At Home Skills Program - Part 2" starting Monday, May 4th! - But can be started any time. If you would like access to Part 1 as well, please message me.

WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING
"The online program drills have been perfect. The format nicely intros fundamentals and movements into more complex skills. Becca does a nice job of incorporating a mastery vs. a time component format along with skills challenges to split the week and add some competitiveness. The program is both fun and rewarding and has been very special and everlasting for my girls. All skill levels can challenge themselves with this program."
