BG23 SKILLS CLINIC 2020
The 3rd-annual BG23 Skills Clinic was a success! 50 Campers at the Owensboro YMCA spent the day learning from Becca Greenwell and top coaches, developing through fundamental drill stations and competing through fun games & competitions. Campers also learned proper technique and tips to stay healthy & prevent injury through a newly implemented Injury Prevention station.
